The staff at this hotel are very attentive and responsible, providing exceptional service. The restaurant offers exceptional breakfast dishes that are delicious. The location of the hotel is wonderful and stunning. There is public parking nearby.

We liked this peaceful hotel with very attentive staff from the top management down. This accommodation had a central setting to the PATH subway. Moreover, it's not far from Chelsea / Greenwich Village as well as local shopping/dining options.

Had a great one-night stay here. the location was super convenient, right next to the mall. 🛍️ Stumbled upon a delicious Sarku Japan restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.

The rooms were not cleaned well, minibar was not filled, personel was arrogant at reseption, restaurant personel at breakfast was unprofessional

The double-headed shower is wonderful. Convient, safe parking nearby that was reasonably priced.Weekend buffet is well worth a visit. Close to path station that takes you all the way to 34th St.

The hotel is in a central area with shopping and dining options nearby. the room had beautiful views of the Marina.

The rooms were top quality and spotless. Exceptionally comfortable beds. - Great location just off midtown Manhattan, the statue of liberty, and the mall. - Beautiful view of New York. - Nightclubs and restaurants were close to the hotel.

Was very clean. Nicely decorated; simple yet elegant. Close to "path" transportation to new york city.

Concierge was not openly helpful; felt like he had information but would provide it only if you pried him for it. On our last of three days I walked behind the desk (since no-one was there) and found a nice map of nyc that was more compact and better laid out than the aaa map that I was using. Would have rather used the hotel one.

Our room service was the best meal of our trip.

For the location of the hotel - across the river from NYC - and the cost of the room it seems like internet/wi-fi should be free in the rooms not just hot spots in the lobby.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and located in a nice surrounding area. It's just a short walk to local shopping and dining options in Jersey City, Newport area. - the personnel, from top management down, are amazingly nice during the stay.

we loved the westin hotel it was very close to the underground making it very easy to get into new york, it's also very close to a shopping mall which was great! we would stop there again as we could'nt fault the hotel, very clean and modern and the children loved the swimming pool!

Excellent Hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service was first rate. Staff were very accommodating and friendly to interact with. Short 5mins walk to/from the Path Train (One stop away from Manhattan). Close to mall. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Hot tub area was a bonus especially after a long day of exploring Manhattan.
